A true distinction of a quality service company is training. At Treasure
Coast Irrigation training begins at the hire date with the use
of state of the art "tech center" (left). This area, built
for the sole purpose of training, contains electric and hydraulic
controllers, electric and indexing valves, rain sensors, water
meters and wireless controls. These components are wired up and
run 24/7 enabling us to simulate a number of field scenarios.
This line up of equipment ranges from a low end indexing system to
a sophisticated controller
operated by computer central controls.
From tanks and pumps to spray and rotor heads, you will find a full
spectrum of irrigation equipment for hands on training to accompany
charts, graphs, and videos. All of this is blended together in a twenty-nine
step format enabling us to deliver trained and certified technicians.
Our advanced training includes two irrigation classes at Indian River
Community College, Sta-Rite Pump School in Wisconsin, and advanced
trouble shooting, hydraulic, layout and design courses offered four
times a year by our distributors.
Treasure Coast Irrigation's training program was featured
in the February 2000 Lawn and Landscape Magazine.
